1. Overview of Terms of Use

The "Jobplatform.eu" portal (the "Service") provides free online advertising subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). By using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 3. Conduct in accordance with law, rules of social conduct, and decency

- Is pornographic or adult-oriented. - Is gambling-related or casino-related;

- Is related to illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia; or

- Contains information related to hacking or security breaches; or

- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or harmful to minors;

- Harassing, degrading, threatening, or hateful toward any individual or group based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.

- Impersonates any person or group, including, without limitation, an employee of the Service, or forges or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or group; or

- includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's express consent; or

- uses misleading email addresses, forged headers, or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Services; or

- infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any third party, or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law, contract, or fiduciary relationship

- constitutes or contains unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation,

- Contains links to commercial services or websites,

- Promotes the sale of weapons or explosives, controlled substances (including, but not limited to, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, pharmaceuticals, or illegal drugs), stolen or counterfeit goods;

- Goods or services that do not exist;

- Goods that violate or infringe upon the rights of others; or

- Goods that you do not have the right to sell;

- Dangerous goods, including computer viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or telecommunications equipment;

- Anything that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue by flooding the Services or adversely affects other users' ability to use the Services;

In addition, you agree not to:

- contact individuals with whom they do not wish to be contacted;

- "stalk" or otherwise harass any User;

- collect personal information about other Users for commercial or unlawful purposes;

- Using any automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like, to retrieve data from the Services 

- exceptions include search engines (such as Google) and non-commercial public archives (such as archive.org).

4. Service Limitations

You acknowledge that the Services may impose limits on your use of the Services, including the maximum number of days that Content is retained by the Services, the maximum number and size of posts, emails, or other Content that you transmit or store through the Services, and the frequency with which you may access the Services. The User may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code contained in the Services. Without limiting the foregoing, the Customer agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or commercially exploit any aspect of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties / Limitation of Liability

The User understands and agrees that:

- The Service disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied. - The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis and the User may not rely on them.

- The User uses the Services at his own risk and the Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (even if the Services have been advised of the possibility of such damages) resulting from any aspect of the use of or interaction with the Services. The Service shall not be liable for such damages.

- Any warranties, stated in these Terms (including warranties provided by the employees of the Service) are void.

- If any of the above provisions are invalid under applicable law, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

You further acknowledge and agree that the Service shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such sites or resources, or any loss, direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services.

11. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Service. These Terms and the relationship between you and the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands without regard to conflict of laws provisions. You and the Service agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands. The failure of the Service to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree that the court shall give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in such provision, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Services or these Terms must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
